Acceptance of Connect2Courses Limited Terms and Conditions is confirmed by providing one of the following:
a) An authorised signature or an authorised Purchase Order Number.
All fees are payable before commencement of the course start date, unless agreed otherwise. Instructor expenses will be added for on-site courses. All fees are subject to VAT at the appropriate rate.
CANCELLATION/TRANSFER AND SUBSTITUTION FEES
Cancellations and transfers will only be accepted if made in writing.
Cancellation by a delegate will be charged at 100% of the course fee, if the course start date is less than 21 working days. All other cancellations will be charged at 25% of the original course fee.
A delegate can be transferred from a course to the same or similar course, running within 3 months of the original course commencement date.
The First transfer of a booking will incur an additional charge of 50% of the original course fee if the course start date is less than 21 working days, if the course start date is 21 or more working days no transfer fee will be charged. The Second transfer of a booking will incur an additional charge of 50% of the original course fee, irrespective of when the booking is transferred. All subsequent transfers of a booking will incur an additional charge of 100% of the original course fee, irrespective of when the booking is transferred.
Substitute delegates will be accepted free of charge. If course documentation (Joining Instructions, etc.) has already been sent to the client it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the replacement delegate receives this documentation.
Customer specific courses cancelled or transferred by the booking organisation are subject to the above cancellation/transfer conditions and charges. In addition to the course fee, where a confirmed booking is cancelled or transferred, additional costs (flights, hotels, course development, etc) incurred by Connect2Courses will be charged, irrespective of when the course is cancelled/transferred.
COURSE OBJECTIVES & PRE-REQUISITES
It is the responsibility of the delegate/booking organisation to ensure that the delegates understand the course objectives and meet the specified course pre-requisites.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer will be responsible for the provision and set up of all equipment including computer hardware and software, for the trainer and delegates, for any training conducted on their premises.
All material supplied by Connect2Courses remains the copyright of Connect2Courses and no copies may be made without prior written agreement.
COURSE & DATE MODIFICATIONS
Connect2Courses may in the event of unforeseeable circumstances cancel any courses booked.. Where possible, seven days notice will be provided to the customer and an alternative solution offered. If we cancel a class for which you have prepaid, and you do not wish to reschedule the class we will refund the amount you paid. Connect2Courses will not be liable for any other losses you may incur due to the cancellation.
In the event that Connect2Courses is prevented from carrying out its obligations under a contract as a result of any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, Acts of God, War, Strikes, Flood, Terrorism and Failure of third parties to deliver services or goods.
